The Birth Package

 

The Birth Pack includes:

This package is designed to support you through each phase of pregnancy and birth so you feel held, empowered, and informed.

  • Initial meet and greet

  • Extensive resource list and Lending Library

  • 2-3 one hour prenatal meetings during your 2nd and 3rd trimester where we will develop your birth plan/preferences, childbirth education, partner support tools, and anything that is coming up for you.

  • 24/7 email and phone support

  • Use of my birth balls and labor support tools

  • Continuous labor support from whenever you need up until approximately 2 hours after the baby is born

  • Postpartum herbal care bundle (if interested)

  • 1-2 one-hour postpartum visits, including breastfeeding support

Private Childbirth Education Package

$250 with Rivka

2X 1 hour sessions virtual or in person with a certified childbirth educator. We will go through the stages of labour, birth preferences, medical and non-medical pain interventions, and any questions you and your partner have. The workshop will be customized to your unique needs, whether it is your first baby, VBAC, higher risk; you will be supported.

You will receive a tailored resources package for you and your partner.
